NORMAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE - January 16, 2024

$115.00 registration, $15.00 spectator

- 1 or 2 divisions.

FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE - January 19, 2024

-$150.00 registration, - 1 or 2 divisions

-We are no longer accepting registration by phone. Final registration must be done online.

SPECTATOR FEES 

-Spectator tickets purchased at the door are $15.

-Youth spectator 8 & under are $5 and can be purchased at the door.

REFUND/VOUCHER POLICY

REFUNDS

If a competitor is alone in their bracket and there is not a viable option to move to another bracket then the competitor can receive a full refund. The competitor must email [email protected] by 5pm on the Thursday before the event that they are registered for.  

Military members with orders to go overseas are entitled to a full refund if they can provide a copy of their orders.

CREDITS

You can receive a credit voucher for a future event for any reason until 12:00 PM on the Friday before the event by logging into your account and canceling your registration.

You do not need to contact the office to receive or use your voucher.

VOUCHERS

Vouchers are valid at any of our events nationwide.

VOUCHERS WILL NOT BE ISSUED AFTER THE TOURNAMENT FOR ANY REASON.

COMPETITOR INFORMATION

You can access a full list of competitors by visiting the event page and clicking on the “Registrations” tab.

This is a REAL-TIME list that updates automatically as competitors register.

DIVISION CHANGES

You can make changes to your registration until 11:59 PM on the day of the final registration deadline (Tuesday prior to the event).

Log into your account to make any necessary changes.

If the final registration deadline passes and you do not like where you are bracketed, you can cancel your registration before 12 pm on the Friday prior to the event and receive a credit for a future event.
