EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE - July 24, 2022

-$95.00 registration, $15.00 spectator, FREE event tee.

-1 or 2 divisions.

normal REGISTRATION DEADLINE - August 9, 2022

-$115.00 registration, $15.00 spectator.

-1 or 2 divisions.

Final REGISTRATION DEADLINE - August 12, 2022

$150.00 registration, - 1 or 2 divisions.

-We are no longer excepting registration by phone. Final registration must be done online.

SPECTATOR FEES 

-Spectator tickets purchased at the door are $15.

-Youth spectator 8 & under are $5 and can be purchased at the door.

REFUND/VOUCHER POLICY

-Military members with orders to go overseas are entitled to a full refund if they can provide a copy of their orders.

REFUNDS

-NO REFUNDS will be given at any time for any reason.

VOUCHERS

-Vouchers for future tournaments can be requested for any reason until NOON on the day before the event.

-Voucher requests must be made by email ([email protected]).

-Any voucher requests received  after 5 PM on the final registration deadline will be discarded.

-Vouchers are good for one year from the tournament date.

-Vouchers are valid at any of our events nationwide.

VOUCHERS WILL NOT BE ISSUED AFTER THE TOURNAMENT FOR ANY REASON

COMPETITOR INFORMATION

-You can access a full list of competitors by visiting the event page and clicking on the “Registrations” tab.

-This is a REAL-TIME list that updates automatically as competitors register.

DIVISION CHANGES

-You can make changes to your registration until 11:59 PM on the day of the final registration deadline (Tuesday prior to the event).

-Log into your account to make any necessary changes.

-If the final registration deadline passes and you do not like where you are bracketed, you can cancel your registration before 12 pm on the Friday prior to the event and receive a credit for a future event.
