COACH INFORMATION

-For youth Group 1 & 2 (ages 17 & under) one coach per competitor is allowed. Each coach must be seated in the chairs provided. *If a teen competitor is moved into an adult bracket they can not have a coach. No coaches for adult competitors.

-No coaches are allowed for any adult competitor ages 18 & up.

-These rules are strictly enforced and are in place for the benefit of all attendees and overall flow of the tournament. If these policies are not followed by the coaches and/or parents the competitor will be penalized and can ultimately be disqualified.

-Waiting on coaches not only holds up a single competitor’s match but has a domino effect on the rest of the event. It is for this reason that we will no longer wait on coaches to finish at one mat before beginning a match at another. Please keep this in mind when planning on the number of coaches to bring to each event.

-Coach’s passes will be provided free of charge depending on the number of competitors from your school.

3-10 competitors: 2 Coach’s Passes

11-15 competitors: 3 Coach’s Passes

16-20 competitors: 4 Coach’s Passes

21+ competitors: 5 Coach’s Passes
